Solid grill, but slow delivery

I recently bought a Gaucho Grill. The grill itself is fantastic, really well-built and cooks food beautifully. It definitely lives up to the reputation. However, the lead time was quite long, took almost 7 weeks to arrive, which felt like forever after ordering. I understand it's a specialty item, but better communication on the exact delivery date would have been helpful. Still, very pleased with the product once it finally got here.

Good value on an accessory

I was looking for a new Rotisserie Kit and found a decent deal during their accessory discounts. It wasn't a huge markdown, but enough to make me feel I got good value for a high-end item. The kit arrived in about 8 days, which was fine. It works as expected with my existing grill. For the quality, I felt it was worth the price I paid, especially with the small savings.

Got the ice machine

I finally pulled the trigger on the Outdoor Ice Machine. It came faster than I thought it would, about a week, which was nice. It's been working great, keeps up with what we need for drinks outside. No complaints really, seems like a solid piece of equipment. My friends were impressed when they came over last weekend. It just makes entertaining easier.

Another great experience

This was my third purchase from Kalamazoo Outdoor, I picked up a new set of Laser-Cut Custom Grates for my Hybrid Fire Grill. Just like before, the order process was smooth, and the grates arrived well-packaged within the timeframe they gave me. The quality is consistently excellent, which is why I keep coming back. It's good to know I can always rely on their products.

Good grill cabinet

Bought a Grill Cabinet. Arrived on time. Quality is good. Fit my grill perfectly. Very sturdy. Happy with the purchase.
